- Serve as ABC liaison with the MLA by offering sessions at the annual MLA meeting.
- Read and review submissions for the two sessions of presentations at MLA.
- Maintain the high profile ABC has enjoyed with MLA.
- Assist ABC in achieving the following strategic plan objectives: 1.3.6, 1.4, 1.5, 2.4.2, 2.4.3, 2.5, and 4.3.
