FAQ - ABC Email

There are many reasons email messages may not be delivered to your account. We may have an old email address for you, or your internet provider or email server may not not allow us to send email to your address.  If you rarely open ABC mail, that could trigger future email to go to spam.  You could have accidently "opted out" of our regular email.

If your internet provider is blocking ABC mail, adjusting your email settings to “safelist” ABC mail may help. Farther below are instructions to adjust settings for commonly used email software. Depending on the software and service you use, you also may need to contact your internet provider or IT department for additional assistance on how to whitelist email. Alternatively, you may wish to update your profile with an alterantive e-mail address.

Could you have accidently opted-out of receiving mail?

Aside from the ABC Newsletter, membership invoices and your regional correspondence, ABC sends regular emails.  If you think you are not receiving the regular ABC email, please contact abcoffice@businesscommunication.org for assistance.
